Pheasant Run is a 160-unit multifamily property located in Lee’s Summit, MO, a submarket of the Kansas City metro.

The property is a two-story garden style community that combines the best of both worlds, with easy adjacent access to KC while retaining all the benefits that Main Street suburban life provides via Lee’s Summit, such as A-rated school districts, great shopping, and overall space. Lee’s Summit is a high-income submarket that’s well known to be a safe and growing place to live for its residents.

Pheasant Run was acquired in July 2024.
